IPsec เจ้าปัญหา เข้าวินโดวได้ เน็ตเวิร์ดแอ็กทีพ สวิตไม่พัง แต่ปิงไม่เจอ

เมื่อเจอปัญหาแบบนี้ ลองเข้าไปดู Service ที่ชื่อ IPsec ถ้ามันไม่สตาทสงสัยเจ้าตัวนี้ไว้ได้เลย
เพราะปกติมันจะสตาท Auto แล้วเมื่อมันไม่สตาทมันจะกระทำการดังต่อไปนี้
